Job summary

- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- 7+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
- 3+ years designing and operating Microservices in production.
- Experience with IaC and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Establish software engineering standards and guidelines.
- Define team structure and provide people leadership.
- Develop and execute the technology strategy and release governance.
- Collaborate across units to deploy solutions addressing key initiatives.
- Monitor and manage budget for software engineering teams.
