Job summary

Fullsight is seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering - Applications to lead internal and external facing applications, including teams such as EAN, Mobilus, StandardsWorks, Curator, WMI. You will drive technology strategy, oversee full stack platforms, and ensure high quality, scalable microservices and robust front ends.

You will manage multi‑vendor delivery, mentor managers, align with product management and UX, and steward budgets, release governance, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 7+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading large software teams and managing managers.
• Proven track record in microservices architecture in production.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and release governance.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering standards and governance; communicate risks with mitigation.
• Define and optimize team structures to maximize agility.
• Develop and execute the technology strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Drive release governance and platform performance across applications.
• Collaborate across units to deploy solutions addressing key initiatives.
• Monitor and manage software engineering budgets.
