• 3+ years designing and operating Microservices in production.
• Broad leadership; ability to modernize ecosystems, platforms, and processes.
• Experience driving engineering strategy, roadmap and architectural direction.
• Strong leadership, coaching and talent development skills.
• Innovative, customer-focused mindset; drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• IaC and modern DevOps practices experience.
