Job summary

Fullsight is seeking a Director of Engineering - Applications to lead internal and external facing software platforms, including AI/NLP and microservices initiatives. You will manage senior engineers and multiple teams across affiliates SAE ITC and PRI, driving engineering standards, technology strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership responsibility.
• Experience building and evolving large-scale software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering strategy and set standards across multiple teams.
• Define and optimize team structure for agility and scalability; mentor and develop staff.
• Drive architecture for microservices, APIs, AI/NLP components, and front-end UX.
• Collaborate with product, solution architects, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
