Job summary

Fullsight seeks a Director of Engineering - Applications to lead internal and external facing platforms, including EAN, Mobilus, StandardsWorks, Curator, and WMI. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience designing and operating Microservices architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to drive engineering strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Establish software engineering standards and guidelines.
• Assess and define team structure; provide people management.
• Develop and monitor technology strategy; ensure quality and performance.
