Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks a seasoned leader to formulate and review strategic plans, oversee enterprise-level contract performance, and guide execution across programs with ~$50M annual operating scope and 100+ staff. The role emphasizes executive communication, risk mitigation, and long-term growth planning.

You will interact with DHS customers, manage cost and performance, and drive proposals and capture activities to expand existing and new business. Hybrid work with on-site days as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
• PMP certification is desired.
• US Citizenship required to meet government contract needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong CPARs for all programs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage subcontractors; grow business.
• Meet targets for program profit, growth and recompetes.
• Support business development via proposals and past performance write-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technology; provide strategic assessment of future project needs.
• Provide thought leadership and long-range goal planning for growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain a Qualified Pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Support cross-OG BD, Capture and proposal opportunities as requested.
