Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or related field.
• 15 years of experience in engineering or project management including sustaining capital delivery.
• Experience with large-scale project portfolios (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial evaluation.
• Experience with AFE development and approval processes.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle management of sustaining capital projects across multiple North America sites.
• Establish and enforce project governance with scope, schedule, cost, and risk oversight.
• Lead quarterly budget development and partner with finance on capital allocation.
• Oversee AFE strategy ensuring quality and alignment with priorities.
• Monitor project cost performance and establish KPIs and reporting.
• Oversee early-stage scoping, feasibility, and execution planning.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
