The role leads engineering execution across a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources align with program objectives. You will partner with Project Directors, EPCM partners, and technical teams to drive governance, performance metrics, and successful project outcomes across feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, and startup, while promoting safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage large capital projects across feasibility, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across capital projects with governance and performance metrics.
• Oversee engineering plans, budgets, schedules, deliverable registers, and milestones.
• Drive change management, risk mitigation, and project readiness.
