Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, drive secure scalable solutions, and champion best practices across the development lifecycle, with a focus on quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in managing a team of Software Engineers and/or Application Developers.
• Hands-on experience with modern DevSecOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
• Service Champion – adopts a service orientation and delivers value for associates, members, and communities.
• Langley Ambassadors – promotes Langley's values including diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic direction of application development services to align with organizational goals.
• Oversees full lifecycle of application development from design to deployment.
