Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or application development.
• 3+ years supervisory experience managing engineers.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and/or Java.
• Proficiency with modern DevSecOps tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction of application development services aligned with goals.
• Oversee full lifecycle from design to deployment with budgets and timelines.
• Mentor a high-performing team of developers and engineers.
• Define standards, coding guidelines, and best practices (TDD, versioning).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure secure architectures.
• Drive integration of critical systems and data migrations.
• Manage projects, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure security, compliance, and SDLC best practices in releases.
