Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience or at least 5 years of Information Technology experience
• Six or more years of experience in IT or supporting a technology organization
• Three or more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting, and staffing
• Four years managing software development teams.
• Five years working for a gaming or hospitality company
• Experience working for a Native American tribe or tribal enterprise

Responsibilities

• Leads selection and deployment of applications, software and services to maximize business and IT initiatives.
• Introduces innovative operational capabilities to enhance productivity and competitive edge.
• Ensures departments can operate efficiently by creating or modifying applications to support business needs.
• Partners with IT leadership to prioritize resources, budget, and ROI/ROO for new solutions.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and serves as trusted advisor for cost-effective technology delivery.
• Collaborates with IT Security to ensure security strategy integration.
• Implements governance to monitor controls and support audits and risk management.
• Drives continuous improvement with measurable impact and shared results.
• Participates in IT planning, policymaking, and enterprise technology standards.
