Job summary

Townsquare Ignite seeks a Digital Solutions Manager to drive cross-platform, full-funnel digital marketing solutions for local advertisers in the Atlantic City area. You will identify and qualify new prospects, manage client relationships, and help close new business while expanding current engagements.

You will be the expert digital sales resource within a team, handling multiple clients daily, and collaborating to deliver measurable results with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement.
• Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic).
• Proven track record of success in growing new business.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies.
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills.
• IAB Certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management and meeting digital sales goals, individually and for the team.
• Build relationships with local businesses and agencies to act as a trusted marketing partner.
• Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to tailor solutions for each customer.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with deep knowledge of the customer's vision and objectives.
• Cultivate new business with local team and grow existing business.
• Own pre- and post-sale processes to exceed customer expectations and deliver results.
• Interpret performance reports and use data to make campaign recommendations.
• Be a strategic sales leader delivering long-term value and scalable solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and train the sales team on digital product offerings and trends.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings with camera on.
