Job summary

Townsquare Ignite in Boise, ID is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to deliver cross-platform full funnel digital marketing solutions for local advertisers. You will identify and qualify new prospects, manage client relationships, and help close deals while expanding existing business.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring multi-client management. You will serve as the digital sales expert within a team, assisting with closing business and developing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement.
• Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic).
• Proven track record of success in growing new business.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies.
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills.
• IAB Certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
• PowerPoint, Excel experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline to meet digital sales goals for self and team.
• Build relationships with local businesses and agencies as a trusted marketing partner.
• Conduct meetings, both virtual and in person, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
• Cultivate new business, partner with local team, and grow existing accounts.
• Own pre- and post-sale processes to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
• Interpret performance reports and make data-driven campaign recommendations.
• Lead with a strategic sales mindset to create future value and scalable solutions.
• Coach and train team on digital product offerings and industry trends.
• Engage in regular virtual team meetings to foster collaboration.
