Hearst Digital Marketing Services is hiring a Digital Media Advisor to drive digital advertising sales for SMB clients. This fully remote role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a clear path to six-figure earnings.

You will prospect, present, close, and nurture client relationships nationwide, supported by a three-week training program and powerful sales tools. Candidates with B2B sales experience, a hunger for success, and the ability to work well in a team will excel.

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to build and manage a client portfolio and upsell/cross-sell.
• Excellent questioning to understand client needs and propose solutions.
