This position is hybrid from our Deerfield, IL HQ, with remote Mondays and Fridays. The candidate will manage content across distributor sites, leverage Salsify, and contribute to content calendars and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or 6 years of experience with a HS diploma
• Experience with consumer durables products is a plus
• Interest in product content marketing and improving content quality
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects independently
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC and display advertising in digital copy
• Willingness to adopt AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for content creation and workflow

Responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Content Manager in executing a holistic digital product content strategy for MasterLock.com and distributor partners
• Support development, deployment, and optimization of merchandising assets for targeted distributor sites
• Syndicate product information to owned sites and partners via content portals and Salsify
• Audit and document existing digital content development processes
• Assess sales performance, customer behavior and market trends to optimize listings and collections
• Analyze content investment impact with retailer accounts to determine ROI
• Audit content performance on owned sites and partner sites using scorecards
• Leverage data sources to gather industry benchmarks
• Develop a monthly digital content production/deployment calendar
• Follow internal processes while seeking to increase team efficiency
