Fortune Brands Innovations in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Digital Product Content Specialist to help execute our commercial digital product content strategy for Master Lock and partner sites. You will collaborate across teams, optimize retailer search visibility, and drive content quality for ecommerce success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in consumer durables products is a plus.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity around product content marketing and passion for developing best-in-class content.
• Ownership mentality and ability to meet deadlines with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Salsify Product Content Management Platform is preferred.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC and Display Advertising as it relates to digital copy is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot, to enhance digital content workflow.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Digital Content Manager in executing a holistic digital product content strategy for MasterLock.com and distributor partners, optimizing for consumer engagement and retailer search engines.
• Support development, deployment, and optimization of digital merchandising assets for distributor websites.
• Syndicate accurate product information to owned sites and partners via content management portals (Salsify).
• Audit and document existing processes for developing and deploying digital product content across the enterprise.
• Continuously assess sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize listings, categories, and collections.
• Analyze performance and ROI of digital content investments with key retailer accounts.
• Audit content performance on owned sites and distribution partners using the content scorecard.
• Leverage internal and external data to gather relevant industry benchmarks.
• Develop a detailed monthly digital product content production/deployment calendar.
• Follow internal processes while seeking ways to increase team efficiency.
