As a Digital Product Analyst, you’ll help shape how our members experience the Credit Union through digital channels. Reporting to the VP, Digital Experience, you’ll combine product support, technical analysis, data, and member insights to identify opportunities that make digital banking easier, more intuitive, and more effective. You’ll work across teams and with technology partners to support product enhancements, integrations, testing, and new ideas while helping turn data and member feedback into meaningful improvements.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000per year, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
