Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to enhance our digital platforms used by customers and employees. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, analyze product performance, and support delivery of new features in an Agile environment.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the product backlog, validate work through testing, and develop documentation to drive adoption and end-user success, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years of business experience.
2+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience analyzing data and creating reports or dashboards.
Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Analyze product data and platform performance to identify trends and support decisions.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Agile teams.
Partner with business and technology teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Validate work through acceptance testing and coordinate defect tracking.
Research market trends and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption.
