Job summary

Genesco is seeking an entry-level Digital Merchandising Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day product content and merchandising workflows. You will research and enter product information, update attributes, and ensure accuracy across ecommerce platforms.

The role partners with Buying, Merchandising, SEO, Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams to support launches and content updates. Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, merchandising, retail, ecommerce, or information systems.
Entry-level or internship background in retail, ecommerce, digital merchandising, or data entry is a plus.
Experience with ecommerce platforms or PIM systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

Research product information from approved sources and enter into ecommerce systems.
Update product attributes, descriptions, materials, sizing, colors and categories.
QA product data for accuracy before launches and promotions.
Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, SEO, Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams.
Coordinate content updates and maintain merchandising workflows.
