A key part of this position includes hands-on product research and manual data entry. The coordinator gathers missing or incomplete product information from approved internal and external sources, updates product attributes and content, and performs quality assurance to maintain accurate and consistent product information.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Merchandising, this role partners with Buying & Merchandising, SEO, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to support product launches, content updates, and ongoing digital merchandising initiatives.

How You Will Make an Impact

Product Information & Data Entry

  • Manually enter and update product information within ecommerce and product management systems, including product names, descriptions, features, materials, colors, sizing, attributes, and other relevant product details.

  • Review incoming product information for completeness and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data requiring additional research or follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate product attributes and categorization to support filtering, navigation, on-site search, SEO, and product discoverability.

  • Perform routine product data maintenance and corrections as product information changes or additional information becomes available.

  • Execute bulk product updates using spreadsheets, CSV files, feeds, and ecommerce platform tools.

  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to support product content creation and enrichment while reviewing output for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

Product Setup & Digital Merchandising Operations

  • Support product setup and launch readiness, including SKU configuration, confirming pricing, imagery, descriptions, attributes, categorization, and promotional information.

  • Maintain and update product listings, categories, collections, and other merchandising content within the ecommerce platform.

  • Coordinate product content and merchandising requests to help ensure products are complete and available online according to established timelines.

  • Support ongoing updates to product attributes, categorization, on-site search, filtering, and navigation.

Quality Assurance

  • Perform detailed QA of product information and product detail pages to verify accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct routine site audits to identify missing product information, incorrect attributes, pricing discrepancies, missing imagery, broken links, categorization issues, and other customer-facing errors.

  • Research and correct product data discrepancies when possible and elevate issues requiring additional support.

  • Perform QA before product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates.

Workflow & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Buying & Merchandising to obtain or clarify product information needed for online product setup.

  • Collaborate with SEO, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to support product content and digital merchandising initiatives.

  • Track assigned projects and product setup tasks using established workflow management systems.

  • Maintain process documentation and support ongoing improvements to digital merchandising workflows.
