Hibu in Massachusetts is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our hybrid field and home-office sales team. You will drive digital marketing solutions for a diverse client base, building a strong book of business with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Start with three weeks of classroom training and nine weeks of field training, then ongoing support, with a clear path for advancement as you grow your territory and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Build and grow your own book of business, earning residual commissions by retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
