Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content through Kentico CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support website enhancements, CMS upgrades, microsite development, testing and optimization.
• Coordinate with global digital teams to implement website improvements and best practices.
• Create, publish and manage digital content across website, social media, email campaigns and other channels.
• Develop and edit branded marketing assets, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Support thought leadership, events, and firm-wide marketing campaigns.
• Assist with SEO, GEO, and other digital marketing initiatives to improve visibility.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare insights reports.
• Maintain CRM data, audience lists and campaign tracking.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery.
