Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in New York, NY is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support US and global marketing initiatives with emphasis on digital strategy, content management, and online brand engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with teams across the United States and London-based digital teams, manage website content, campaigns, and analytics, and help drive SEO and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of marketing experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content through Kentico CMS for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support website enhancements, CMS upgrades, microsite development, testing, and optimization.
• Coordinate with global digital teams for website improvements and best practices.
• Create, publish, and manage digital content across website, social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Develop and edit branded marketing assets and materials.
• Support thought leadership, events, and firm-wide campaigns.
• Assist with SEO and other digital marketing initiatives to boost visibility.
• Track performance using analytics and prepare reports with insights.
