Job summary

Withers is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator for our New York office. You will support a broad set of marketing and business development initiatives with emphasis on digital projects, reporting to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager, and collaboration with the London and US teams.

The role is hybrid, in-office 3 days per week in New York. The advertised hourly range is $38–$48, with compensation based on experience and other lawful factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with Kentico CMS and social media management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, publish and maintain digital content across the website and related platforms.
• Support SEO, analytics, and reporting to improve web performance.
• Draft, schedule and publish social media posts following brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with global digital teams for updates and best practices.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM-driven communications.
