Job summary

Marsh seeks a Project Manager to join the Digital Infrastructure practice within Strategy & Planning. Based in Urbendale, Pittsburg and Boston, the hybrid role supports the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader with contracting advisory, risk allocation, and project development for data centers, fiber, towers, and related infrastructure.

The candidate will coordinate client and prospect work, manage multiple matters, handle confidential materials, and drive workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management or advisory support.
• Direct experience with infrastructure contracts (construction/EPC, O&M, leases, MSAs, colocation/fiber/tower agreements).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader on day-to-day matters, managing priorities and delivering client work.
• Coordinate ongoing client and prospect project work, including knowledge management and preparation.
• Identify workflow improvements, document automation, and templates to reduce time-to-delivery.
• Handle confidential materials with discretion and interact with Marsh leaders, external advisors, and clients.
• Coordinate connectivity between the contracting practice and Advisory services to accelerate growth.
