Job summary

Marsh seeks a Project Manager to join the Digital Infrastructure practice within Strategy & Planning. Based in Urmbendale, Pittsburg and Boston with a hybrid work model, the role supports the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader on contracting, risk allocation, and project development for data centers, fiber, towers, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-6 years of experience in project management or advisory support.
• Direct experience with infrastructure contracts (construction/EPC, O&M, leases, MSAs, colocation/fiber/tower agreements).
• Strong drafting and summarization skills.
• Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and professional discretion with confidential client information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact credibly with senior Marsh leaders, clients, and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct support to the Senior Advisor & Contracting Leader, managing priorities and client deliverables.
• Coordinate ongoing client and prospect project work, including knowledge management and preparation.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, document automation, and templates to reduce time-to-delivery.
• Handle confidential materials with high discretion; interact with Marsh leaders, external advisors, and clients.
• Coordinate connectivity between Marsh's contracting practice and Advisory services to expand the value proposition and accelerate growth.
