Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of PM, medical terminology, medical office workflow or billing.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows using available tools.

• Document interactions clearly in the CRM system.
