Job summary

Software Support Specialist I at CompuGroup Medical joins a team delivering timely technical assistance to healthcare providers using CGM software. You will troubleshoot, document customer interactions, and contribute to a growing knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, medical terminology/office workflow, medical billing or insurance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use Windows-based tools to diagnose problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to research using the internet and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all customer requests for assistance in a timely manner meeting SLAs.
• Communicates professionally with customers via phone, chat, and email; documents interactions clearly.
• Creates knowledge base articles for posting to the customer support site.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, runs scripts, provides recommendations, and resolves software-related issues.
• Documents customer tickets in the CRM and follows established CRM processes.
