Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Change Manager within the Digital Technology Change Management and Training office. You will drive adoption of data, analytics, and AI capabilities across the organization through comprehensive change plans, training, sponsorship, and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, govern change activities, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies, delivering value through improved processes and user readiness for new technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide changes across Digital Technology, Data Platforms/Products, analytics, AI, IT infrastructure, or governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management initiatives for data, analytics, and AI programs.
• Coordinate with DT leadership to align communications, sponsorship, training, and metrics.
• Develop and implement change management plans including readiness assessments and adoption metrics.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to stakeholders and teams across the organization.
• Deliver executive-level communications and sponsorship strategies.
