Job summary

Celanese is seeking a Digital Application and Adoption Specialist to bridge business users and digital solution delivery. This hybrid role ensures employees can discover, adopt, and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and PowerBI across the organization.

You will partner with business teams, develop training materials and learning resources, deliver sessions, measure adoption and business value, and support governance, knowledge management, and citizen

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing and developing tools within the Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, PowerBI).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating user needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting business applications, digital transformation, change management or knowledge management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business users and digital solution delivery.
• Ensure discovery, adoption, and value of digital tools and platforms.
• Develop training materials, user guides, documentation, and learning resources.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding support.
