Job summary

5W Public Relations LLC in Miami/Tampa offers a hybrid ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE role focused on supporting planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns for clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to activate digital channels, draft content, and analyze performance to improve ROI.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising/business and 2–3 years in channel activation or digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in channel activation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (social, search, display, email).
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, measurement and analytics tools.
• Developing analytical skills and ability to derive insights.
• Strong planning, organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with interest in industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Support development of corporate digital, social and executive visibility strategies.
• Conduct research across client priorities, industry conversations, earned media, competitors and cultural trends to inform content planning.
• Contribute to executive social audits, competitive benchmarking and platform assessments.
• Draft social copy, executive thought leadership, content calendars, briefs, monitoring reports and client-ready materials.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, video editors and other specialists to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, approvals and deliverables across multiple accounts.
• Monitor client, industry and cultural conversations to identify meaningful content opportunities and potential risks.
• Pull platform analytics and support reporting on content and channel performance.
• Translate performance data into initial learnings and recommendations with senior team guidance.
• Work closely with PR account teams to identify opportunities to extend earned media through executive and brand social channels.
• Collaborate with creative, influencer, paid media and analytics teams as needed.
• Understand how earned, owned, executive and social content work together within an integrated communications program.
• Support cross-functional workflow and ensure digital deliverables remain aligned with broader account priorities.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates on assigned workstreams.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal account teams and client contacts.
• Support preparation of client presentations, status reports and strategic recommendations.
• Manage assignments and deadlines with strong attention to detail and proactively flag issues.
