Job summary

5WPR in Tampa/Miami is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role with three days on-site. You will execute content, social, events, awards and email programs that build the 5W brand, writing, scheduling, sending and tracking work to maximize visibility and generate leads.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will personally build, write, schedule, send and track the work, not just coordinate it, helping the team maximize visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in an agency or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience executing marketing work, including emails, social calendar and event logistics.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt messaging across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute content, social, events, awards and email programs to build the 5W brand.
• Manage social calendar, write posts, schedule, publish, monitor and engage with community.
• Lead submissions for industry awards and manage event registrations and logistics.
• Write, build, test and send email communications; maintain lists and track performance.
