5WPR is seeking an Account Executive, Digital to help plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns for clients. You’ll contribute to digital strategy, content development and measurement to drive ROI across platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, draft materials, and support client deliverables with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. A hybrid work model supports flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in channel activation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social, search, display, email, content).
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, measurement, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Developing analytical skills to derive actionable insights to optimize channel performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Developing communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support development of digital, social and executive visibility strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct research across client priorities, industry conversations, earned media, competitors and trends.
• Assist in identifying content pillars and measurement frameworks.
• Support day-to-day execution of social programs across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Draft social copy, content calendars, briefs, monitoring reports and client-ready materials.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers and editors to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Monitor conversations to identify opportunities and risks; pull analytics and support reporting.
• Translate performance data into learnings and recommendations with senior guidance.
• Collaborate with PR, creative, influencer, paid media and analytics teams.
• Develop client presentations, status reports and strategic recommendations.
