Job summary

Jobot is recruiting a Project Manager (Developer) in a hybrid role to lead complex real estate development and construction projects. The position offers an excellent compensation package with $90,000 - $120,000 per year and a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure budgets and schedules are met, and coordinate with development, design, and construction teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments.
• Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer or owner is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full development process and ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and ownership teams to drive project success.
