JDC Entwine is seeking an entrepreneurial Development Officer to spearhead a new fundraising channel, partnering with the development team to advance campaigns in New York and beyond. You will build relationships with Jewish schools, synagogues, and community groups, inspiring support and meaningful involvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of fundraising, community relations, or related field with proven donor engagement success.
• Strong knowledge and connections within the New York Jewish community (schools, synagogues, community networks preferred).
• Ability to navigate Jewish spaces across cultures and denominations.
• Excellent relationship building, listening, communication, and public speaking skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement outreach to build a donor pipeline in the New York area and beyond.
• Identify, cultivate and solicit small to mid-level gifts from individuals and community organizations.
• Plan and execute events, presentations, and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Campaign Director and Resource Development team to align strategies with campaign goals.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, tracking engagement and pledges.
