Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking an Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations Analyst to manage the lifecycle of futures and options trades from instruction to amendment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role partners with Execution Desks and Client Services to resolve client queries and implement operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong ETD knowledge, solid analytical skills, and experience in a bank or exchange environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Understanding of ETD and futures & options.
• Proficient Excel, PowerPoint, Visio for analyses.

Responsibilities

• Process client instructions, amendments, and corrections across the lifecycle of futures and options trades with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Execution Desks and Client Services teams to resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and risk reduction, contributing to a pipeline of changes across ETD operations.
• Assist in the development and automation of risk and performance metrics.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback on key change programs.
• Offer ad hoc support and expertise to the change management team as needed.
