The Low Income Investment Fund is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to lead legal operations and advise executive leadership. This role involves overseeing legal matters related to lending, governance, and compliance while managing outside counsel and supporting enterprise risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience, a JD, and active bar membership. The position offers a hybrid work environment with at least two in-office days per week.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of legal experience in an in-house or senior advisory role.
• Active bar membership in California or New York.
• Experience with government contracts and nonprofit legal requirements.
