Job summary

RSMCServices,Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard dental professionals for locum tenens and permanent roles nationwide. The position is hybrid, requiring three in-office days per week at the Las Vegas office and two remote days.

You will work with operations and business development to ensure the right professionals are matched efficiently and with care, while meeting weekly targets and building robust talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV three days per week and hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and recruit dentists, hygienists, and dental staff.
• Screen candidates for experience, credentials, availability, and fit.
• Collaborate with client service teams to understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future roles.
• Meet weekly/monthly performance goals including calls and placements.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
