Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to forecast SKU-level inventory and promotions, align with merchandising and distributor teams, and resolve supply chain discrepancies. The role emphasizes PO generation, inventory optimization, and collaboration across store operations and suppliers.

The position is based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule (in office Tue–Thu) and requires strong analytics, forecasting, and reporting skills for inventory productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or supply chain and 3–5 years replenishment experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau, PowerBI and replenishment systems (Relex, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Strong analytical ability to analyze data and build quantitative models for inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop sku-level forecast at weekly/store/DC level to inform recommended inventory.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Distributors, Supply Chain and Manufacturers to optimize inventory.
• Own weekly reporting on Inventory, OSA, promotions and monthly forecast accuracy.
• Lead end-to-end demand planning and allocation optimization to support sales and margin goals.
• Communicate insights and deviations to stakeholders and support cross-functional alignment.
