Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a HYBRID Demand Planner in Edison, NJ for a direct-hire, full-time role. The position offers a 3-on-site, 2-remote schedule with a competitive salary of $75K-$85K DOE.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales history, inventory, POS data, and promotions to forecast demand, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate forecasts into actionable plans. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand planning or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with forecasting software and ERP systems.
• CPG/retail experience is a plus.
• POS reporting and replenishment systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales history, inventory levels, POS data, promotions, seasonality and new product introductions to forecast demand.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to translate forecasts into actionable plans.
