Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s is seeking a Manager Demand Planning to join the North America Supply Chain team. The role is based in person (Hybrid) at our Princeton, NJ office.

You will review trends, build forecasts, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to drive accurate demand projections and inventory planning. The position requires strong analytics and experience in forecasting with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience for Master’s, 7+ years for Bachelor’s in demand planning/forecasting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate results.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to reconcile variances and refine the forecast model.
• Interact with sales, marketing and finance to understand demand drivers and forecast inputs.
• Develop multi-level forecasts for multiple time horizons and create consensus forecasts with stakeholders.
• Provide input to inventory strategies and collaborate with supply planning for new products or phase-outs.
• Maintain data and reports including forecast accuracy and bias; prepare status updates for leadership.
• Leverage AI capabilities to automate processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.
