Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The Demand Planner will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support inventory optimization, customer service objectives, and overall business performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure demand plans reflect market conditions and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level business-related skills and analytics required.
• Experience interpreting data and turning insights into actions.
• Familiarity with forecasting in a multi-SKU environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using Oracle Fusion demand planning software.
• Develop consensus forecasts with sales, category management, and finance.
• Review forecast adjustments based on market conditions and product launches.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings as part of the SIOP process.
