Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to optimize inventory, meet service goals, and drive business performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure forecasts reflect market conditions and customer requirements, while utilizing Oracle Fusion and ERP systems to forecast demand and support planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets in high SKU environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, forecasting and ERP software; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Understand business and supply chain planning processes and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels and functions and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using Oracle Fusion demand planning software.
• Develop consensus forecasts leveraging Oracle statistical model output, macroeconomic data, and market intelligence with sales, category management, and finance.
• Review and adjust forecasts in response to performance metrics, launches, market conditions, and strategy.
• Participate in monthly demand review meetings as part of the SIOP process.

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts that support inventory optimization, customer service objectives, and overall business performance. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure demand plans reflect current market conditions, business strategies, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using Oracle Fusion demand planning software.
• Develop consensus forecasts leveraging Oracle statistical model output, macroeconomic data, and market intelligence, working with sales, category management, and finance teams.
• Review and adjust the forecast as needed in response to metrics performance, new product launches, market conditions, and company strategy.
• Play an integral role in monthly demand review meetings as part of the monthly SIOP process.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a hybrid work environment. Team members are expected to work three days a week in the corporate office and two days a week in the home office.
