Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to optimize inventory, meet service goals, and drive business performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure forecasts reflect market conditions and customer requirements, while utilizing Oracle Fusion and ERP systems to forecast demand and support planning decisions.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets in high SKU environments.
Proficiency in Excel, forecasting and ERP software; Power BI experience is a plus.
Understand business and supply chain planning processes and collaborate across functions.
Ability to communicate effectively across levels and functions and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Generate monthly demand forecasts using Oracle Fusion demand planning software.
Develop consensus forecasts leveraging Oracle statistical model output, macroeconomic data, and market intelligence with sales, category management, and finance.
Review and adjust forecasts in response to performance metrics, launches, market conditions, and strategy.
Participate in monthly demand review meetings as part of the SIOP process.
