Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. in the United States seeks a Demand Planner to strengthen forecasting for key markets and products across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to publish accurate demand plans and improve service levels while driving inventory optimization and cost savings. Responsibilities include developing forecasts, maintaining models and SAP IBP for Demand Planning, and aligning short- and mid-term horizons monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in supply chain/logistics, demand planning or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain demand forecasts for primary product categories and geographies.
• Analyze market data, historical trends, and sales pipeline to create accurate demand plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on a consensus demand plan.
• Implement and maintain forecasting models and tools to improve accuracy.
• Monitor forecasts monthly and adjust for volumes, quotes, and market intelligence.
• Support the SAP IBP for Demand Planning implementation.
