The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain or procurement, with advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI/Tableau and data mining tools like QAD. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel, VBA, Power Pivots, Power BI/Tableau and SmartSheet.
• Ability to manage time and resources autonomously under changing demands.
• Demonstrates a positive outlook and remains calm in stressful situations.
• Experience utilizing data mining tools, such as QAD, to generate queries and build reports.

Responsibilities

• Generate next 18 months demand plans based on historic data, considering seasonality, promotions and pricing while forecasting.
• Collaborate with sourcing, sales and service teams to sustain and improve the demand planning process and tool.
• Publish a 3-month forecasting cycle calendar in advance and ensure timely completion of each cycle.
• Oversee the demand planning cycle, maintain SOPs and calendars, and govern process adherence.
• Ensure master data cleanliness for accurate item codes in planning.
• Facilitate consensus sign-off meetings and finalize the monthly forecast.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and monitor improvements over iterative cycles.
• Review outlier items with Program Manager and Forecast Management Team.
