Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy for the Wellness portfolio in Marlborough, MA. You will develop regional demand plans, review sales trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to optimize inventory and service levels.

The role requires a bachelor’s in supply chain or analytics, 3+ years in consumer goods demand planning, and ERP experience (Oracle, Demantra or o9). You will deliver monthly forecasts and contribute to S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics or related discipline.
• 3+ years of demand planning or sales analysis in consumer goods.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle, Demantra or o9 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly sales/revenue by region and channel for multiple horizons.
• Develop regional category and SKU level demand plans for stakeholders.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare forecast data.
