Helen of Troy seeks a Demand Planner to drive forecasting for Sales and Product across multiple regions and channels. You will build and maintain models, review trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to inform inventory strategies.

The role requires 3+ years in demand planning or sales analysis in consumer goods, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and Excel/ERP experience. Base pay for MA ranges from $70k–$85k with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics or related field required.
• 3+ years of demand planning or sales analysis in consumer goods.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle, Demantra or o9 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting activities for Sales and Product across regions and channels.
• Develop models and maintain regional demand plans for key stakeholders.
• Review trends, research drivers, and prepare forecast data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Support inventory strategies and supply planning with insights.
• Deliver monthly regional sales forecasts and KPI reporting.
• Manage cross-functional projects and process improvements.
