Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Demand Planner to validate data, build forecasting queries, and support analytics that drive supply decisions across European markets. You will write SQL, build dashboards, and help refine forecasting models under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or analytics with exposure to e‑commerce/FMCG is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel and BI tools; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day data validation and QA for demand data pipelines; ensure clean inputs.
• Build and maintain automated data quality alerts for forecast issues.
• Investigate discrepancies between forecast and actuals; document root causes.
• Write SQL to extract and transform demand data on cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Support development of forecasting models; learn trend, seasonality, promotions adjustments.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau/PowerBI) for KPIs like forecast accuracy and waste risk.
• Collaborate with forecast engineers to ensure scalable pipelines and local nuances are captured.
