Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Customer Facing Demand Planning to own customer-level demand execution for assigned accounts within the demand planning organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,Data Analytics orrelated field, or equivalent experience.
• Functional proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro or comparable advanced planning system.

Responsibilities

• Own customer demand execution for assigned accounts, managing inventory positioning and service levels.
• Translate demand signals from accounts into structured forecast inputs and purchasing signals.
• Create and monitor service level reports, analyze escalations, and support data-driven decisions for accounts.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the account set and maintain intake templates to reduce rework.
